Returns and Refunds

At A2KOI, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite what you expected. That's why we have a simple and transparent process for returns and refunds. Find all the information on how to return items, our refund policy, and answers to related questions here.

Ordering is easy. Click the red 'Order' button on a product page or in a category. After adding a product to your shopping cart, which automatically appears on screen, you can choose to checkout or continue shopping. If you make a mistake, you can simply click on the trash can icon to remove the product from your shopping cart.

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including iDeal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Riverty, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, giropay, Belfius, Bancontact, PayPal, Trustly, KBC, Sofort and Google Pay. We regularly expand our payment options to always offer you a suitable payment method. For your safety, all payments are securely processed by our payment partner MultiSafepay.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your order online. In addition, after your order, we provide an email with a link to a special status page for your order, where you can also find your tracking number.

Our shipping costs are determined by order and destination country. If you order an item sent as a pallet shipment, then we will apply the pallet shipping rate. If you choose to pick up your order in our showroom, this is always free.

Yes, we ship to all European countries. International shipping options and costs are clearly displayed at checkout. For destinations outside of Europe, we can provide a personalized quote. Please contact our customer service team for this.

Discover our flexible shipping options: choose standard shipping via PostNL or pick up your order at our Showroom. Orders via PostNL usually arrive the next day, excluding Sundays and holidays. Large or unusually shaped items may take longer to arrive or be shipped via DHL. 

For international shipments, we will keep you informed of the delivery time. Our pallet shipments are ready to ship in approximately 2 to 3 business days. Items that are not immediately available are indicated in our webshop with an expected delivery time. Would you like to receive in-stock products sooner? Then contact our customer service for split delivery, something we often offer on our own initiative.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will then receive a confirmation email from our warehouse, including a link to your order status page. On this page, you can track the packaging and shipping of your product(s). If a product is on backorder, an indication of the expected delivery date is also provided.

If your order is delayed or does not arrive as expected, please contact our customer service department without delay. Delays can occur due to various reasons, such as busy sorting centers or unique dimensions of your package. In the unfortunate event that a package is damaged and returned to us, we will immediately arrange a new shipment for you. Should the track & trace indicate that your order has been delivered, but it has not reached you, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier involved and strive to find a quick and appropriate solution. Please also note that your order may be split into multiple shipments, which may result in different delivery days. We do this to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, even if they are not all ready for shipment at the same time.

Orders may be changed or cancelled during our business hours after placement. If an item has already shipped, it may always be returned within 30 days. For assistance, please contact our customer service department. You can reach us via email, phone or WhatsApp.

For orders via PostNL, if you order before 23:59 and the product is in stock, we aim for next day delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium, except on Sundays. In the rest of the EU, the delivery time varies between 2 and 7 working days. Is a product not in stock? Then you will find an estimated delivery time in our webshop. After placing your order, you will receive a link that you can use to track the delivery status. Pallet shipments take approximately 2-3 working days within the Netherlands and 3-7 days outside the Netherlands. Collection from our showroom is often possible on the same day for items in stock; if they are not in stock, you will receive an email with an estimated availability date.

If you have paid via Paypal, we would like to ask you to contact us directly and not to create a case with Paypal. This is done so as not to delay the return and refund process.
